Behavioral attractors are not \u201cgood\u201d or \u201cbad\u201d in and of themselves. Their basic function is to provide stability and certainty to the mental image in our brains, even though it often does not match reality.<\/span><\/p>

Working with them means stopping being \u201cdragged along\u201d by an invisible pattern and starting to consciously reshape it. To do this, we use the E-DRIC method:<\/span><\/p>
